Introduction to Magnesium Heptahydrate:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, also known as bitter sulfur, bitter salt, epsom salt, epsom salt, chemical formula MgSO4·7H2O), is a white or colorless needle-shaped or oblique columnar crystal, odorless, cool and slightly bitter. 1. For horticultural purposes:
Magnesium sulfate can be used as a fertilizer by being dissolved in water and applied to plants to correct magnesium deficiency in soil. It can be mixed with soil to improve nutrient retention and water absorption.
2. For Epsom salt bath use:
It can be dissolved in warm water as a soak for sore muscles and can also be added to bath water to help relieve stress and promote relaxation.
